We wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your assistance in finding our new home in Lexington. From the time we began our search, through the day of the closing, your assistance was extraordinary and greatly appreciated.

Having dealt with several REALTORS over time, we were initially hesitant to begin the process of searching for our second home using a REALTOR. Nevertheless, your name came to us via our son and we are quite happy that we made the contact.

We feel as though one of the reasons we were able to find our new home so quickly, is that you listened intently to our needs and desires, and therefore honed in on the listings which matched what we were looking for.

Once we had found a house which interested us, you continued to assists us in all aspects of the purchase. Your help in fact finding information on other local listings, along with information about the area, etc., helped us to make informed offers, and one which was acceptable to both parties. Once a contract was signed, you continued to provide needed information to facilitate an uneventful closing, and transfer of all necessary items.

In retrospect, we believe on of the outstanding characteristics that you demonstrated during the process, was your constant contact with us. Allowing us to know how the process to closing was going. You kept in touch with us and all other agencies involved, making sure that all was ready to allow an on time, smooth closing.

We thank you for all of your efforts in helping us find our new home. One in which we hope to spend many years of enjoying, being close to our grandchild.
